You won't start them now nor will you start them all at the same time, but you must be able to identify enough good monetization models to know that your successful "C+T+P" site is going to have several ways to convert Presold traffic into dollars.

You must also find those monetization models now and understand how they will "fit" with your site Concept, before you commit to your domain name
