Create a site that will build income with content on a subject that you enjoy and like or relates to your already established business. Your home page will have Keywords that are related to the theme of your site, but will especially score well at the Search Engines...This is CONTENT

The content will automatically generate targeted traffic to your site through the Search Engines....This is TRAFFIC

The visitors to your site will then be Presold with the quality information, of course information they are seeking and information that will develope credibility and trust...This is PRESELL

The visitor will now do one of several things...make a purchase...buy from an affiliate merchant (that you get commission for)...click on a Google Ad or buy a e-book. In other words they wil be monetized. This is MONETIZE

This is the only approach that works. It is the way the Internet is used. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to generate some outside traffic, but this would only be a short-term solution that will lead to failure.
